Cai Jingbo
Academic Vice Principal of Xicheng Academy. Executive vice-principal of an international school, with more than 10 years of experience in international education management and teaching. Doctor of Developmental and Educational Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Master of Actuarial and Investment Science of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Certified teacher of Cogina. Administrator of American AP curriculum project. Certified teacher of PDQ of University of Cambridge. Certified teacher of IBDP of University of Toronto. Full-mark teacher for Australian WACE college entrance examination. Person in charge of implementing Hong Kong DSE curriculum.
Teachers
More than 60% of teachers have overseas study backgrounds and overseas work experience. 100% of teachers have postgraduate degrees or above (of which 23% have doctoral degrees). They have an average of more than 6 years of teaching experience or equivalent work experience.
Yang Bei
Postdoctoral fellow of Nanjing University. Proficient in teaching multiple international science courses such as mathematics, physics, and chemistry. The teaching style is lively, vivid, profound yet easy to understand. Very popular among students and has helped many students apply to world-renowned schools.
Joel Mitchell
Graduated from California State University. With a double major in social sciences and political science, Joel is an experienced international teacher. He has over 20 years of teaching experience, 17 of which are in international teaching. He has taught at the former International Department of Beijing No. 35 High School and Beijing Financial Street Runze School. He is mainly responsible for the development, teaching and research of international English courses and teacher training. In his spare time, Joel likes to study Chinese tea culture. His favorite tea is Tieguanyin.
Yu Xiao
Master's graduate majoring in German as a foreign language from the University of Marburg in Germany. Deeply engaged in German language teaching and the field of studying in Germany. With more than 8 years of teaching experience in international schools; all graduates taught by her/him are enrolled in famous schools in the United States, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
